Residency Application Form Instructions

Fine Arts Building
  1. Print a copy of the form. If you are unable to view or print the form, you must contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission and University Registrar to have a form sent to you.
  2. Completely fill in all the information on the form. Incomplete information may cause delays. Your signature must be notarized.
  3. The deadline for residency reclassification requests is 30 calendar days after classes begin each semester. Upcoming residency application deadlines:
    • 2006 Summer Terms - June 7, 2006
    • 2006 Fall Semester - September 21, 2006
    • 2006 Spring Semester - February 9, 2007
    • 2006 Summer Terms - June 6, 2007
    • 2007 Fall Semester - September 20, 2007
    • 2008 Spring Semester - February 7, 2008
    • 2008 Summer Terms - June 4, 2008
    • 2008 Fall Semester - September 25, 2008
    • 2009 Spring Semester - February 12, 2009
