Dr. Anna G. Hoover recent AJPM co-author Public Health publication released, Congratulations!

The University of Kentucky has been awarded one of the largest health grants ever made to the institution: an $11.3 million National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant supporting research focusing on issues that plague the Commonwealth - the twin scourges of obesity and cardiovascular disease. The new grant supports the continuation of the Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) and involves three UK-SRC faculties.

National Institute of Enviromental Health Sciences has spotlighted Dr. Bernhard Hennig with an article in the 2013 Online May issue.

"Integrated Iron-Polymer Membranes for Water Purification" was presented by speaker UK graduate student Li Xiao during the Research Translation Seminar Series in Frankfort on April 16, 2013.

University of Kentucky College of Engineering recognizes Dr. Bhattacharyya for his research. He will be awarded with the College of Engineering Dean’s Award for Excellence in Research.
