All delegates, advisors, and regional board members in one hotel with approximately 190 rooms being reserved. Advisors will stay in two person rooms while delegates will stay in four person rooms. This hotel will house the entire conference delegation and includes a pool, fitness center, many other amenities, and is a diamond rated hotel. Two hospitality rooms are included with the hotel reservation.
If your delegation is arriving early, University of Kentucky will not be able to offer you accommodations. However there are several area hotels that would be great to fill your need and are only a few miles from downtown Lexington!
