Registration

Welcome to the registration page for the SAACURH 2009 conference. If you have any questions about the registration process please email contact@saacurh09.com, IM saacurh09 on AIM or call/text us at

Alcohol and Risk Form all Delegates must print and sign this form and bring it with them to the conference.

Steps for registering:

  1. Institution Registration form - CLOSED to fill out the Institution Registration form.
  2. Individual Delegate/Advisor/Alternate Registration form - CLOSED to fill out the Individual Delegate/Advisor/Alternate Registration form. Make sure you fill out this form for every Delegate/Advisor/Alternate that you want to register for the conference. Remember the max number of delegates is 10, the max number of advisors is 2, and the max number of alternates is 7. State directors do not count in their school's delegate cap. Please do not register more than the max for each category.
  3. (Optional) Program Submission Form - CLOSED
  4. Payment - Check from Institution is the only accepted method of payment.  Please make checks payable for registration to Resident Student Association, and our tax id number for registration is 80-0475386.

    You must indicate and include with your check (on a separate sheet) your school, contact name, email address, and number of delegates and advisors the payment includes.  Late Registration will be charged a $10 late fee per delegate/advisor.  We must receive your check by November 6th.

  5. Registration Complete - Congratulations! You are now registered for SAACURH 2009. Conference Staff will be in contact with your delegation shortly with an invoice.
  6. Roll Call Video information sent out to the state directors.
