Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is comprised of individuals with skills, knowledge, and authority to lead a total institutional effort. This team coordinates and manages the entire review process, validating the internal institutional assessment of compliance to ensure the integrity of the process and the documents as well as oversee the development of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).
Compliance Certification Teams
The Compliance Certification Team consists of content experts who are well-positioned to identify the policies, procedures, and practices in place to ensure compliance with each standard or requirement; investigate the extent to which UK is in compliance; and write the case for compliance to be submitted to SACSCOC.
Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Teams
The sequential process of preparing the QEP involves four teams. The Pre-Planning Team develops a plan and timeline for the entire project. The Topic Selection Team identifies a QEP topic based on broad University wide input. The Planning Development Team composes a 100 page written document for SACSCOC review and acceptance. The Implementation Team executes the accepted QEP plan and prepares impact report for SACSCOC .
