Processing Fees:
Processing Fees are applied per ticket and are associated with the value of each ticket. There are separate processing fees if ordering online, via phone or in-person. What are the PROCESSING FEES for?

$11-$20 Ticket Price: $2
$21-$35 Ticket Price: $3
$36-$50 Ticket Price: $4
$51-$64 Ticket Price: $5
$65-up Ticket Price: $6

On-line Processing Fees:
$0-$19 Ticket Price: $2.50
$20-$34 Ticket Price: $4
$35-$49 Ticket Price: $5.50
$50-$64 Ticket Price: $6.50
$65-up Ticket Price: $7.25

Purchases can be made over the phone (859.257.4929), online, or in person.

Payment Options:
The SCFA Ticket Office accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Check, and UK Plus Account.

Refunds:
There is a NO REFUND policy at the Singletary Center. Patrons requesting refunds are asked to send their request in writing to the Ticket Office Manager. All requests for refunds will be turned over to the sponsoring organization for approval and the sponsoring organization is responsible for issuing the appropriate funds, if necessary.

Exchanges:
Patrons may exchange their tickets for tickets of equal or greater value to another performance of the same event. Ticket exchanges across events are not permitted unless authorized by the sponsoring organization. Ticket exchanges must be made during office hours prior to the date of the first show.

Lost Tickets:
Lost tickets can be replaced at no charge to the patron if they were originally purchased through the SCFA. If it is a "hard ticket" purchased through another organization, then the patron will need to contact the appropriate organziation.

Child Tickets:
All persons attending a ticketed performance, no matter their age, must have a ticket. Many organizations have a special price for children; it is dependent on the organization not SCFA.
