Activating Your Link-Blue Account: Upon acceptance as a student or hired as an employee, you will automatically be created an Link-Blue account. You will only need to activate your account (no account creation necessary) Activations process is as follows:
More Link-Blue Account Information: Who Can Have an Link-Blue Account? The following categories of users may have Link-Blue accounts:
Users who do not fall into one of these categories but who perceive a need for an Link-Blue account must make their request to the Director for Information Support Services and/or the Vice President for Information Technology and Human Services.
Common Problems and Error Messages:
If have trouble logging into your Link-Blue account, write down the
error message and see if it matches one of the following frequently
encountered error messages. Very often you will be able to solve the
problem yourself by following the advice listed below.
Windows Log-in Error Message: "The system could not log you on. Make sure your User name and Domain are correct, then
type password must be typed using the correct case."
