Examines
all factors pertaining to faculty selection, performance and evaluation.
Considers educational backgrounds, professional and scholarly preparation,
compensation, academic development, teaching responsibilities, evaluation
procedures and criteria, service, and academic freedom and professional
security. Includes part-time faculty and graduate teaching assistants
with special attention to expectations, compensation, and professional
stature within the University.
