The Real Property Division directs and coordinates leasing of all office and
other space for which University demands cannot be met with existing
resources.

A Space Request form must be completed and have Sector Authorization before
being forwarded to the Real Property Office for action.

Strict State Regulations must be met in the process of leasing space. A
minimum time frame of six (6) to ten (10) weeks is required to complete the
process. Space must be inspected by the State Building Code Enforcement
Office, University Fire Marshal's Office and meet OSHA and handicap
accessibility requirements.
