Consists of three panels: 1) Statewide CRP; 2) Northern Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC); 3) Southern CAC. Members of the Statewide CRP are appointed by the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS). Members of the Northern and Southern CACs are appointed by the local child welfare agencies. The Statewide CRP focuses on CPS case reviews in cooperation with the DCFS Quality Improvement program. The Northern and Southern CACs focus on specific regional issues related to CPS that are reflected in statewide policies, procedures, and practices.
