Community Partnerships for Protecting Children
(CPPC) is a child abuse prevention, systems reform initiative, which engages the entire community in child protection with the theme: Keeping Children Safe Is Everyone’s Business. CPPC is based on a “theory of change” that states that if the Community Partnership and its 4 core strategies are implemented properly, child abuse and neglect should be prevented in families touched by the work of CPPC.
