The Resource Parent Training Program component of the F.A.S.T. Center is dedicated to the empowerment of foster and adoptive families through the use of training and professional development opportunities. As the needs of our Resource Families change, so does our focus. We are guided by the voices of Kentucky’s foster and adoptive families as well as Cabinet staff and community leaders. Our ultimate goal is to promote the safety and well being of children in Kentucky.
