Emerging Leadership Institute

Each semester 25 emerging leaders from the freshman and sophomore classes are selected to participate in a 3-credit hour pass/fail class geared toward developing their leadership skills and campus involvement. The UK Emerging Leader Institute is designed to allow students the opportunity to analyze and develop their leadership potential while enhancing their abilities in the areas of critical and creative thinking strategies, communication, understanding ethical decision making, goal setting, and cultural diversity.
