
- All registered groups must re-register by May 1 for next academic year to keep their active status with UK.
- Complete and submit an application for registration online at Re-Registration Form
- Develop and submit a Constitution and/or By-Laws if previous submission is over 5 years old or has been updated. Click here for Constitution list.
- Identify a minimum of five students (Undergraduate, graduate, part-time, or full-time) unless the group’s constitution states their student status.
- Submit copies of local, state, and national constitutions and bylaws of affiliations if they have been updated.
- Officers must be currently enrolled students in good academic and financial standing with UK.
- Identify a faculty member to serve as an advisor for your organization. Must be an Associate, Assistant, or Full Professor.
- Have University Advisor complete their information, if required.
- Complete the on-line application and send to the SOC for processing.
Re-registration typically takes place in the spring, the week after Spring Break. If your group does not, re-register, your organization will be considered inactive and will no longer be able to take advantage of UK resources like free room reservation in the Student Center, the University of Kentucky name, cubicles etc. In order to re-register complete the on-line application and send in the Signature Page.
