Wildcats on Weights:

The Wildcats on Weights Program is a FREE program we offer to all Johnson Center members.

This program is designed to provide you with the basics of weight training, including: goal setting, benefits of weight training, weight training principles and program design. This program, hosted by certified personal trainers will run for four weeks (two days each week). Each Tuesday morning we will cover a different topic and muscle group and find proper adjustments and weight suitable for each individual.  Each Thursday morning we will apply the lesson learned on Tuesday to an applicable training regimen. You must attend each Tuesday session in order to participate in the Thursday training session.

or stop by the front office (room 177) in the lobby of the Johnson Center. Remember, this program is FREE, so all you need to do is to sign-up, and show up for the program with a student ID or a Johnson Center ID.  It is recommended to attend all sessions.  If you have additional questions, please call Nick or Amanda at 257-9283.
