Each chapter must submit an entry for each community service project which the chapter organized. Three projects may be submitted with each form. For additional projects, please return to the form to submit.
Individual Service Hours Members can document the individual service they perform for the calendar year from January to December. Members may submit up to three types of service projects per a form. If they have more than 3 projects please return to this form to submit the additional forms.
Enter the event(s), the semester(s), and the $ amount donated for each philanthropy event either sponsored by your chapter or participated in by your chapter in the past calendar year, January to December. Do not include IGPA event fees. You must submit an entry for each Charity/Event.
