What Students are Saying about Big Blue U
"What an amazing experience! To me, athletics are about more than one person, and it was incredible to see so much passion and enthusiasm uniting in support of that. The chance to hear from all the coaches and players in Commonwealth Stadium is one you'll never forget. With each C-A-T-S cheer and fight song rendition there was unbelievable energy and excitement. Big Blue U is the perfect opportunity for you to find out what being a Wildcat is all about."

"BIG BLUE U! Big Blue U is amazing. You learn all the school songs and to make the biggest K I have ever seen. You also get to meet new people. I met my best friend and now sorority sister at Big Blue U. Plus, you get free stuff, what could be better than that!"

"My favorite part of K-Week is BIG BLUE U!! I loved going to the stadium to learn all of the UK cheers to do at ball games! The coolest part for me was getting to go out on the field! It was awesome to be out where the football players play! It was something I know I would have not have gotten to experience if I had not gone to Big Blue U! "

"K Week is the best way to get excited for the upcoming school year. Big Blue U is by far the best event--an intro into being a Wildcat and getting to go on the football field! Not only are K Week and Big Blue U great for amping up school spirit, but meeting other freshmen makes the transition to college much easier. Meeting others and knowing they're nervous too sets a common ground for making new friends."
