K Teams
UPDATE (As of Friday, August 14, 2009): All K Teams have been assigned. If you have yet to hear from your K Team leader, please email us at KWeek@lsv.uky.edu. Be sure to check your UK email account as that is how your K Team leader will be contacting you.
Who are you going to go to K Week events with? Whether you are coming to campus with old friends or looking to make new ones, you'll love going to K Week events with your K Team!What is a K Team?
After attending a Merit Weekend or Summer Advising Conference, all new students will be assigned to a small group, called a K Team, of 10-15 new students (both first-year and transfer). These K Teams will be led by a member of the K Crew.
Who are the K Crew?
The K Crew is a group of 350 student leaders who are responsible for planning and carrying out K Week events. These students love UK and can't wait to hang out with you during K Week!! Your K Crew leader will begin corresponding with you via UK e-mail over the summer.
Note: New students who have attended a Merit Weekend or Summer Advising Conference and have not been contacted by a K Crew leader by August 1st should e-mail KWeek@lsv.uky.edu. International students and late registrants will be contacted by their K Crew leader prior to their advising conferences and the start of K Week.
