Welcome to UK201– Academic Orientation for Transfer Students
UK201 is a one–credit–hour‚ pass–fail‚ half–semester orientation course offered to transfers. Former students overwhelmingly recommend this class to incoming transfer students. The UK201 course offers the opportunity for you to:
- Interact with a faculty member‚ upperclass peer instructor‚ and other transfer students in a small group setting.
- Learn about career exploration strategies and resume writing.
- Discuss and reflect on issues relevant to students during their undergraduate years of college.
- Develop library and electronic access skills and increase awareness of other campus resources.
