Living Learning Communities

Living Learning Communities (LLC) are residence hall communities that bring college learning into the everyday lives of students. They offer students the opportunity to live with other students who share common interests. These communities offer special programming in the residence hall and opportunities to interact with UK faculty who are affiliated with the Living Learning communities.

Living Learning Communities Checklist

To apply to live in one of UK’s Living Learning Communities, complete all four of the following steps:

Obtain admission to the University of Kentucky - Admissions Web Site;

Complete and submit the UK Housing Application - Housing Application;

Application for these communities will be available on the Living Learning Program web site beginning October 1st (unless otherwise noted).
Application deadline is February 1, 2010 for returning students and April 1, 2010 for new students.
