The primary focus of the residence life program is to create an environment that supports the educational mission of the university, by providing students with out-of-class opportunities to participate in social, cultural, recreational, academic and community service programs. Tony Ralph
Director of Residence Life
Responsible to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs for the overall operation of the Office of Residence Life, including the supervision of over 300 full-time & student staff members; administration of the departmental budget; provides service to Student Affairs and the University as directed by the Associate Vice President.

Steve Stauffer
Associate Director for Residential Operations
Provides direct supervision for Leadership Team and indirect supervision for other staff; supervises all aspects of staff recruitment and selection; provides direct supervision to the Assistant Director for Assessment & Risk Management, the Assistant Director for Specialty Housing & Personnel Administration, and the Area Coordinators for Kirwan and Blanding Areas; and serves as a liaison with other University departments.

Marcia Shrout
Associate Director for Residential Education

Susan Wilton
Assistant Director for Student and Staff Development
Provides leadership and supervision in staff development and training; directly supervises the Recycling Coordinator as well as indirectly supervising other Residence Life staff; and serves as the primary advisor for Resident Student Association (RSA) and assists staff in advising Hall Governments.

Lisa Lockman
Assistant Director for Specialty Housing & Personnel Administration
Responsible for the overall operation of the Greek Houses and the Max Kade German House; provides direct supervision for Senior Staff in those facilities as well as indirect supervision for other Residence Life staff; assists all staff selection efforts; as well as provides support for training and programming, serves as a liaison with other departments; hears appeals of in-hall sanctions, and coordinates the Resident Advisor class, teaching one section.

Justin Blevins
Assistant Director for Assessment & Risk Management
Responsible for overseeing the administration and analysis of all departmental assessment efforts; coordinates all safety & security efforts for the residential facilities, including monitoring safety concerns and training all staff; directly supervises the Desk Clerk Coordinator; serves as a liaison with other departments to develop appropriate assessment and safety protocol for the entire department.

Trisha Clement-Montgomery
Assistant Director of Academic Initiatives
Responsible for overseeing all academic and learning community initiatives in residential facilities; directly works with residential staff and advisory groups to develop program and activities for specific living learning communities; directly supervises the Academic Program Coordinator; serves as a liaison with other departments to develop academic opportunities within the facilities.
