In order to effectively address violence impacting the lives of students and staff at the University of Kentucky, a cultural shift is required. Employees of UK represent the most permanent aspects of our cultural infrastructure, and their contributions to prevention are critical and are having an impact on our campus every day.

- I talked to my friends about the SEEDS retreat I went to.

- When a news article comes out relating to violence, I discuss it with my friends.
