“Christy ‘Born to Be Bad’ Burch—VIP’s resident bad @#*. Put on this planet to alter it, and bring about a revolution.”
–Kristen Lambert (UK Student)
On my journey to end violence I am humbled and honored to intersect with phenomenal people. These people have allowed me to walk with them through their connection to this issue and bear witness to extraordinary acts of courage and healing. Art-and-activism is my passion and the lens through which great change is possible. Art has transformed each of us who have connected with this powerful forum in ways we never imagined. When I watch someone take the stage, tell their story or claim the artist within, I feel like the luckiest person on the planet. I am grateful everyday for the privilege of watching those around me coming into their own and intrusting me with their truth.
Special skills and talents: One of the world’s highest leg kicks (if you do something awesome I will do it spontaneously or by request).
