Student Billing Services three main areas of responsibility are the Student Account Office, the Student Loan Office, and the Student Tax Office.
- The Student Account Office provides services of invoicing and collecting student fees (tuition, room, board, fees), disbursement of student financial aid residual refund checks, and customer service for student account inquiries.
- Student Loan Office provides entrance and exit counseling to borrowers of all federal student loan programs (William D. Ford Federal Direct, Perkins, Health Professions, and Nursing), and collects payments and provides customer service for Perkins, Health Professions, Nursing, and Institutional Loan Programs.
- Student Tax Office provides 1098-T forms and detail information to students for the Hope Scholarship or Lifetime Learning Credit.
Please Note: Beginning February 1, 2008, traditional paper billing statements for tuition and fees will no longer be generated and mailed by the University. From this point forward, all account statements will be sent via e-mail on a monthly basis. Please be sure to check your University-assigned e-mail regularly.
Thanksgiving Holiday
The University is closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
