Ticketing Charges

  • 10¢ per ticket printed at the Box Office and 25¢ per ticket printed at Ticketmaster® outlets
  • 4% of gross Plus account sales
  • 2.5% of gross credit card sales

Payment

  • Cash and check sales will be deposited into your account daily via University Cash Transmittal.
  • Credit card sales‚ Plus sales‚ and Ticketmaster® payments are deposited into your account via University JV on the 1st of the month after your event is completed.

  • A final audit detailing all ticket sales and types of payment and fees will be presented after the final deposit into your account.

Note: Credit card payments will be deposited to your account less 2.5% and Plus account payments will be deposited to your account less 4% after the first of each month following the completion of your event.

Complimentary Tickets
Approximate number of complementary tickets you will need:
Total number of complimentary tickets must be designated at the time of signing the Ticket Service Agreement. The complimentary list‚ specifying individual recipients of complimentary tickets‚ must be turned into the box office a minimum of 6 hours prior to the show time. All complimentary tickets will be held at the box office‚ if box office is present at the event.

Note: Any additional complimentary tickets added after the Ticketing Services Agreement has been signed will require an addendum to the contract.
Ushers
You must provide ushers for your event. Ushers should check in with the Ticket Office Manager or House Manager‚ depending on facility‚ approximately 1 hour prior to show time. Ushers will not be guaranteed a free seat to the show if they are late.
  • A list of ushers must be provided to the Ticket Office Manager at least one day prior to the event.
  • Usher seats will be reflected as comp tickets on the final audit. Please take into account when reserving comps on the contract.
Promotional Materials
All promotional materials should be approved by the Ticket Office Manager prior to printing and/or broadcast. The following information should be included:
  • Name‚ date‚ time and location of event
  • Ticket Office number (859-257-TICS)
  • Ticket prices and types if you offer discounts‚ be specific regarding stipulations (i.e.‚ ID required)
If you wish to display posters at Ticketmaster outlets‚ you must include the Ticketmaster logo and the Ticketmaster URL: www.ticketmaster.com. Please contact Ticket Office manager for logo.
