We took Dr. Resh to places they don't have in health-conscience California --- a BBQ Pit, a "real" ice cream shop, and a pot-luck with lots of KFC on the table. We all enjoyed a trip to Mammoth Cave, and especially the visit to the Cracker Barrel Ole' Country Store (a fat and cholesterol-rich restaurant here in the Southeast). He was also "forced" to watch the UK-UMass NCAA basketball game --- it was really hard for him since he is a University of Louisville graduate (in-state rivalry).
