Previous Minutes:	Fix spelling on Stevi's name
			Passed without objection

Pres.:	Will meet with Mr. Boulden
	Will get recommendation letters from Mr. Boulden and Mr. Clary
	A. Cosentino (??? Pres) has not replied so no joint meeting this week
	Recieved info regarding Honorary Members from last fall, problem has been solved
	Working on letters for R. Akers and C. Adler re: District Office
VP-ME:	Released info for test for Big Brothers; beginning post-initiation education!
	Test next week over Code of Conduct, Creed, Purposes
	Big Brother Requirements released for perusal and acceptance
	Check out to see if you're in a NCD committee or not
	Need to have a committee meeting
	Ritual Study session- Thurs 7 pm at J. Neff's place. Pizza provided by J. Neff!
VP-B:	Sending out Music for Hope info to all MS/HS directors.
	Each person 'takes' a school as contact person. Written report filed.
 	Move to assign each Active Member to work with specific school(s) in Fayette County.			(Kimbrough/Akers)

	DAMN award goes to R. Hays for showing up at the meeting!
	S. Nolan gets the Mack award for kissing the Chapter Sweetheart before the meeting

	Almost done typing old chapter minutes

	Chapter Newsletter will go out sometime this week, probably Wednesday

	N. Steil is buying the meat for tomorrow
	Hangovergrams are cancelled
	Formal Proposal on Glove Sales will be next week
	Recommendation to withdraw from the Spring Formal

Exec. Cmte:	Just met and shot the shit
		Planned to discuss convention, but C. Adler is sick!
		Groups need to get together to plan presentations.
BS Cmte:	Playing at community events, etc.  Being looked into.  
		Provide valet parking for SCFA events.  looked into!
		Motion to have MECs line field on Mondays with actives on Wednesday and Friday
			Tabled
		Stone Marker for Stoll Field possibly in Fall 2001. Send to W&M Cmte.
		Move for a ??? welcoming committee for Early Week 2000
			Passes without objection
W&M Cmte:	Met Tuesday before Spring Break
		Glove Sales going to Mr. Boulden for final approval
		We have a spring and fall budget!

Old Business:
	Sign up for Fine Arts Cookout tomorrow
	Spring Formal dropped- instead, a chapter social gathering at J. Whitaker's place (15th)
	Hooters Car Wash:  R. Akers and J. Neff dropped the ball
