		Idea for ??? 2000 shirts -- $6 per shirt
Secretary:	Scanned awards, almost ready to add to website
		Forgot to bring copies of chapter newsletter
		Visited Epsilon Xi for Third Degree
Treasurer:	$112.15 balance
			Spent $29 at Sam's Club for BBQ sauce
			Spent $44.26 for Fine Arts cookout
			Deposited $114 from Fine Arts cookout
Exec Cmte:	Transitional meeting next week
W&M Cmte:	Finalized budget
		Presented glove proposal to Boulden, he liked it
		Fundraiser: sell black and white socks on game day
		Fundraiser: rent shoes on game
		Budget for Fall 2000 -  Spring 2001 (see attatched sheets)

				Amend "Signs" to 3 times, adjust numbers accordingly

			Food is taken care of (enough for about 120 people)
