President:	Talked to AJ, Abby, and Allisson about coordinating service activities
VP-ME:	Started MEC class - introductions all around
VP-BS:	Possible chapter/colony visit with Louisville - scratched.
		UK School of Music Poker Night
Secretary:	Website updated
		Will not be Active next semester, offered to resign immediatly
Treasurer:	$339 balance after all debts are paid!
		upcoming expenses:	$30 Sam's Club membership renewal
					$70 cookout start-up costs
Old:	"Border War" party with Indiana chapters
	Gloves/Shoes/Socks to rent/sell at games
		Steve and Scott will sell them.

			-can't be in a band this semester (hardship)
			-student teaching next semester (additional hardship)
			-will be available for UK Bands service 12 hrs. weekly
			-also working on History of UK Bands
			-this will set a precedent

	First Degree - August 31, 10pm in the Band Room
	Uniform Loading - Wednesday, 3:30pm
	Uniform Unloading after the game Saturday
	RESOLVED: That the Committtee on Ways and Means for the 1999-2000 academic year did a commendable job in restoring Theta Epsilon Chapter to fiscal solvency.

	J. Neff announced that all his Little Brothers had dissappointed him.
