Minutes for the regular meeting of January 14, 2002 Called to order: 7:20 PM N. Steil presiding Minutes from last meeting passed without opposition President: Alfonzo is not here, so we cannot discuss specifics about the degrees. VP-B: Music for Hope project needs to be planned. VP-ME: Absent, no report Secretary: NCD Kadenza articles must be submitted by 1/20/02. I will do this. Treasurer: Chapter budget is $1,293.54. A. Kimbrough still owes some money to the chapter. T-shirts need to be taken to NCD convention for fundraising. Old Business: The Music for Hope Project (MFH). We will have a meeting about MFH on Thursday, 1/17 at 8:00 PM at N. Steil's for all interested. New Business: The Great Southern Hospitality Cookout needs to be scheduled ASAP - N. Steil will find out the date of this year's "Blue and White" game and try to schedule the cookout around that. We will hold the cookout at the usual place (Jacobson Park, shelter #1). Dam goes to A. Kimbrough, who was caught dressed in all-black clothing attempting to cross Nicholasville Road at 7:30 one evening. He was sighted by N. Steil and K. McCalla. 6:00 Mondays is the tentative meeting time for this semester. Next week we will have an informal get-together on Tuesday.
