NCD Convention 2000

The Brothers of QE had lots of fun at "WNCD in Cincinnati," and here are the photos to prove it!

Steve Buttes took a break from preaching the gospel of Ralph Nader in Spanish, just long enough to tell a good joke (which can't be shared here). Jonathan Neff, dressed down and enjoying a joke (possibly the one Steve was telling).
(L-R)There was also business to attend to, as QE Delegate Kevin Stevenson ("Bootsie") presented the Chapter Report to the delegation. Then our Brother Chapter, IM (Kentucky State University), gave their report. Finally, Adam Kik gave a Report for the QH Colony at the University of Louisville.
