J. Steven Moore
J. Steven Moore was the Assistant Director of Bands at UK in 1983 and early 1984, when we were just "KKY, UK Colony." According to fellow Honorary Member Craig Cornish, J. Steven Moore was "the real founder" of KKY at UK. We were proud to induct him at our Fifteenth Anniversary Celebration.
Chuck Perry
Chuck is a photographer who spends a great deal of time capturing
the Wildcat Marching Band and the Pep Band on film. He always makes the
photos available at a price and is also a frequent volunteer for service
projects spurred on by Christian fellowship.
Kevin Steele
Kevin is known to us all as "The Voice of the Wildcat
Marching Band" and does the announcing for the WMB's performances at athletic
events.
John "Enforcer" Abbruzzino
I am an honorary member of the QE chapter of
KKY, and joined in the spring semester of
1999. I have not held an office in the chapter. I was a Music
Education major, and had no minor. I was a member of the Transylvania
Concert Band, Transylvania Catholic Organization, CMENC, and the St. Paul's
Church Choir. I like to run, play tennis, read, and watch movies in
my spare time. I play the euphonium and piano. I joined
KKY because I wanted to get involved in service in the UK
Bands and came to Transylvania so that I could study music ed at a small
college. I hope to be a music teacher after graduation, play every
Bach invention, indulge my loves of hiking and competitive running, and
be as happily married as my baritone brothers Akers and Scott Nolan (but
that can wait). My other is not significant yet, so I'll get back
to you. I am from Chantilly, Virginia. No personal website. :(
John graduated in May 2001 from Transylvania University and is currently
job-hunting.
Kim Maraman
Joanna Michelle Browning
Joanna Browning was President of TBS-HZ for three years. During that time they won the coveted Councellor's Cup, but more important than that (at least as far as we're concerned!) Joanna was a strong, vocal supporter of KKY-QE at a time when our charter was in danger of being rescinded. She is one of the people to whom we very literally owe our existence as an organization today.
Charles Kunz
Craig S. Cornish
Following a very successful career as Band Director at LaRue High School, North Hardin High School, and Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, Craig S. Cornish is currently Assistant Director of Bands at the University of Nebraska.

of the North Central District at one time.

Green Party
of Kentucky
UK United
Students Against Sweatshops
Patterson Hall RHG (Vice President Fall 1999-Spring
2000; Treasurer Fall 1998-Spring 1999)
Affectionately known to us only by his nickname "NORM!," he is currently enrolled at the University but still holds the distinguished title of alumnus.
A native of central Kentucky, Julie entered UK in the Fall of 1998. She was ready to join KKY the next spring, but due to various "political" pressures, QE chapter did not initiate any new Active members that semester. Initiated in the Fall of 1999, Julie was the first female Active member of QE Chapter. A year later she transferred across town, joining Honorary Member John "Enforcer" Abbruzzino at Transylvania University. She has informed us, however, that she does intend to remain involved with KKY and to return to UK's marching band next fall.
