The station was located in Mechanical Hall, possibly on the second floor.
All of the QSL cards are missing the "W" prefix, attesting to the photograph's early date. According to the clock on the table near the books, this photograph was taken at 10:40 a.m.
Note the coils on the window sil. These were inserted into a plug on the top of the receiver to change bands. The transmitter appears to be "homebrewed."
