  • ABSEES Online, the online version of The American Bibliography of Slavic and East European Studies. Searchable by ten different fields, including author, title, subject, date of publication, and publisher. Available to University of Kentucky on-campus users and off-campus via the proxy server.
  • Accessing European Union Information
  • Agenda 2000, from the European Union.
  • Association for the Monetary Union of Europe
  • The Baltics Online, source for Baltic Daily News in English covering Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania up dated throughout the day.
  • British Official Publications Current Awareness Service (BOPCAS) , a database containing records of new British official publications from July 1995 to the present. It includes records of new Acts of Parliament, Command papers, House of Commons Bills and Papers, House of Lords Bills and Papers, Departmental publications, and Select Committee Reports.
  • Central Europe Online
  • Central Europe Today, free executive news service covering the business and political events in Central Europe every business day. Provides a link to the CET Online archives.
  • Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, independent US government agency which monitors and encourages compliance of the participating states with the Helsinki Final Act.
  • CORDIS, Community Research and Development: a family of 10 databases carrying information on all aspects of European Union-supported, pre-competitive research and development.
  • Company Annual Reports Online (CAROL), offering direct links to the annual reports of a variety of European companies.
  • Conventions & Treaties, from the Council of Europe.

  • Council of European Social Science Data Archives, facilitates the distribution of electronic data for social science education and research in Europe. The multilingual IDC allows users to conduct a broadcast search of up to eleven social science data catalogs located all over the world, including catalogs in Israel, Australia, the US, and Europe.
  • Eurasia Research Center, contains links to news and other resources on Post-Communist-Post Soviet Eurasia. Subpages deal with the Balkans, Western CIS Countries, Central Asia, the Middle East and South Asia.
  • Eur-Lex-European Union Law, Europa provides direct access to current European Union legal information. Eur-Lex offers issues of the Official Journal of the European Communities; Treaties, consolidated versions of existing legislation; and recent judgments by the Court of Justice.
  • EuroFerret, search engine searches specific to European web sites. Search the entire continent or individual countries.
  • Euroguide, a guide to the European Union.
  • Europa - European Union Server, the English language version of the official site of the European Union.
