Equipment Requests For The Classroom Building

To reserve any equipment from this list, call 323-6455 or use avrequest@lsv.uky.edu.

When reserving equipment please specify:
	Date of need
	Time of class (beginning and ending)
	Classroom number
	Department and course number
	Type of equipment needed
	Title(s) of media you need with the equipment (if any)

Equipment is delivered by the TASC AV office during class changes. This means that equipment cannot be delivered more than 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class.

	TV monitor (27" or 32")
	VHS videocassette player
	DVD player
	Laserdisc player (Pioneer)
	Slide projector (2x2)
	LCD video or data projector
	Smart cart
	Windows desktop computer
	Apple Powerbook G4 laptop computer
	Document camera
	Cassette recorder
	Record player
	Portable projection screen

Equipment available for checkout:
	Digital or VHS camcorder and tripod
	CD/cassette player
	Portable overhead projector and screen
	Slide projector (2x2)
	Data projector
	Document camera

If an instructor has a problem with any classroom technology, please contact the TASC AV office in CB 308 at 323-6455 or avrequest@lsv.uky.edu as soon as possible so that the problem may be resolved
