The central mission of the Teaching & Academic Support Center is to provide support for academic classes. Audio Visual Services reserves the right to cancel or decline any equipment request, as needed, which is not for classroom use.

All University of Kentucky sponsored events (classes, administrative meetings, staff development, special events) held on the UK campus will be supported free of charge during regular hours of operation.

University of Kentucky colleges and departments can check out AV equipment for events at no charge. (Client will be shown how to use equipment upon checkout) The equipment must be returned within three business days.

University sponsored events held off campus will not be supported.

University of Kentucky student organizations can check out AV equipment only with the consent and written approval of the Faculty representative for that group.

If equipment is returned late, check-out privileges will be suspended for a period of six months.
