ConsultationsCollegial conversation is a good way to get ideas for problem-solving or to work out some new ideas for your teaching. We can meet with you to discuss any issues that concern teaching, and provide research-based solutions or ideas. Some topics that faculty are often concerned about include teaching portfolios, developing course goals and strategies, integrating technology into the classroom, and dealing with classroom problems. Individual consultations are confidential. We are also available to consult with departments or academic units on issues such as curriculum development, documenting student learning outcomes, and establishing peer review of teaching programs.
