Space Reservation

Space for regularly scheduled class activities and special projects may be reserved as needed on University of KY Island in the generic classroom area or in one of the buildings on the island. Please Note: Space will be scheduled based on availability on a first come, first-served basis.

Before requesting space, please

  1. Check the calendar located on this page (coming soon) for availability.
  2. Read the Policy Statement for University of KY Island.
  3. Download and complete the request form (Word Document); please attach it to your email and return to Patsy Carruthers (Wildcat Thursday) at pcarr3@email.uky.edu.
