The Special Advocates for Education (S.A.F.E.) partnership was developed through collaboration between the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and the UK College of Social Work Training Resource Center. Special Advocates for Education specialize in facilitating positive engagements with schools in an effort to improve outcomes for foster and adoptive children through individualized educational resources and school specific information.
