A reminder for those wishing to arrive on Tuesday, November 28, a block of rooms is being held at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, 369 West Vine Street, Lexington, KY. To reserve a room, you may call (859) 231-9000 or the toll free number (800) 333-3333. To get the conference rate of $99 per night, use the code UKEC. This rate is good until November 7, 2006, so make your reservations right away.

For those coming in early on November 28 and staying overnight at the Radisson, a pre-conference networking reception will be held on the Plaza Level of the hotel from 5pm to 7pm. There is a UK home game that evening, so there’s a possibility the reception time may be changed to 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Watch for updates here on this page.

In addition to the networking reception on November 28, there are other amenities for those who reserve a room early. The Plaza Club offers the privacy of secured access to upper floors, personalized concierge service and extras that begin with breakfast and end with cookies and milk before retiring on a Sleep Number bed.

Parking in the hotel parking garage is free for overnight guests. We will also have hotel parking garage validation for participants arriving on the day of the conference, Wednesday, November 29. Just obtain a parking ticket and one of our staff will have the validation stickers on the day of the conference.
