For those arriving Tuesday, November 27, the evening prior to the conference, a block of rooms on the Plaza Club Level is being held at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, 369 West Vine Street, Lexington, KY. To reserve a room, you may call (859) 231-9000 or (800) 333-3333. Use the booking code of KYE to receive the conference rate of $104 per night plus applicable taxes. This rate will be honored until Friday, November 2, 2007, so make your reservations right away.

Also, for overnight guests at the Radisson, a pre-conference networking reception will be held on the Plaza Club Level (17th floor) of the hotel from 5pm to 7pm. There is a UK home game that evening, so there’s a possibility the reception time may be changed to 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Watch for updates here on this page.

Reserving a room prior to the cut-off date will afford other amenities in addition to the networking reception on November 27. Guests will receive the privacy of secured access to the 16th and 17th floors, personalized concierge service, and extras that begin with a continental breakfast and end with cookies and milk before retiring on a Sleep Number bed.

Parking in the hotel parking garage is free for overnight guests. This will be taken care of through your room registration at check-in. Hotel parking garage validation is available for participants arriving on the day of the conference, Wednesday, November 28. Just bring your parking ticket to the conference registration table and ask our staff for the validation sticker. There are two additional garages on adjacent blocks that overnight guests and conference-day attendees may use if the Radisson structure fills up. Victorian Square garage is on the block just north of the hotel. The entrance into this garage is from Short Street. The other garage is the Lexington Financial Center (aka Big Blue Building) on the block just to the east of the hotel. Guests can enter the Financial Center garage from either Vine or Main Street. Both garages are connected to the Radisson by pedway. If you are an overnight guest and the Radisson parking structure is full, ask the Valet about check-in parking. There are spaces reserved near the Valet booth for guests to use to check into the hotel. Guests can take their luggage to their rooms before parking their cars.
