Residence Life hall staff may use this form to request presentations as outlined in the ACE plan. Please complete the entire form below, click submit, and be sure to save a copy of the submission for your records. You are asked to provide two options for dates, and two times on each day for the program. Once your complete request has been received, you will be contacted via email to finalize the details of the program. Additionally, hall staff are welcome to meet with Academic Enhancement staff to discuss how to incorporate strategies for academic success into the residence hall environment.
