Scheduling Appointments

Current UK Undergraduate Studies Students

Current UK Students in Other Majors

If you are not a current UK student...

Current UK Undergraduate Studies students:

1) Log on to myUK

2) From the home screen on myUK, click on the myInfo tab.

3) Click on the link at left that says "schedule advisor meeting."

4) Choose an advising department.To meet with an Undergraduate Studies advisor, you should select "Undergraduate Studies."

5) Choose an appointment type. For most advising appointments, you will choose General Advising. Exceptions follow:

  1. For pre-med advising, choose Pre-Med.
  2. For pre-law advising, choose Pre-Law.
  3. For National Student Exchange (NSE) advising, choose National Student Exchange.
  4. If you have transferred from another school to UK and have questions regarding your transfer, choose Transfer Student Issues.

6) View your advisor's appointment schedule and look for a good day and time among the available appointments. If your advisor is not available at a time you can meet, you may be given an option to choose another advisor.

7) To schedule an appointment, click once on the appointment time you want. Then wait a few moments. You should see a confirmation that your appointment has been scheduled. You will receive an email on your UK email account confirming your appointment.

8) You will receive a second email reminder 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, log on to myUK and re-enter the appointment scheduler to make your changes.

If you are NOT a current UK student:

  1. It is preferable that you call our front desk at (859) 257-3383 to schedule an appointment.
  2. Walk-in's are welcome to come to 109 Miller Hall (between the White Hall Classroom Building and the engineering complex) to meet with our "Advisor on Call" Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  3. Students requesting reinstatement must call for an appointment.
