Make sure you understand
all the rules for natural deduction well so you can apply them correctly.
Keep in mind that the problems are very ambiguous, and besides appropriately
applying the rules, there is no correct way to do the problem. This
is especially important if you're a very structured learner. There
is also no set number of lines you need to complete the problem,
and it's ok to try whatever rule works to a line even if you don't
end up using the product; it may not come in handy, but sometimes
you could be surprised.
