UKFCU is receiving phone calls from members concerning a phishing scam.
The phone calls members are receiving are automated and state it is from the CU, that their account has been deactivated and in order to reactive the account they must enter their 16 digit debit card number.
Do not enter your debit card number!
Once they enter that number they are requested to enter an expiration date and a 3 digit CVV number, located on the back of their card. Once the member has done these three things the automated system says thank you and hangs up.

Some member are reporting the call coming from the number 5511. But in general, you should not give out this information to an automated call of any type.
