Home Equity Loan

- To be eligible your home must be owner occupied and located in Kentucky

Home Equity Line of Credit
- The flexibility to draw on your equity when you need it
- 10 year revolving draw period with at maximum 10 year repayment term
- No prepayment penalties, additional payments can be made at any time
- Funds can be accessed by check, Mainline, Home @ccess, or in
person - To be eligible your home must be owner occupied and located in Kentucky
- Consult your Tax advisor for possible tax benefits
- No annual fee
