"There were so many doors that were opened, and the first semester I immediately became comfortable and loved this campus." "I am actually president of the fraternity." "I have been really lucky over the past couple of years to be a volunteer for the Advance Team, and be traveling across the country and across the world with President Bush." "The library is really an amazing place, it's remarkably large and it allows for a lot of interactions between students, and there is also a writing center which offers a lot of aid for writing for classes, for reports." "The Hub is a really great place for finals and midterms especially, because students are allowed to talk with one another." "I am currently in the research lab with Dr. Mario Sumandia, this is my lab mentor." "When I first came to UK I looked into a lot of labs." "I interviewed with about twenty different professors, and I finally found my home here because it was something that I was really interested in doing." "We are investigating heart failure and the mechanisms which alter heart failure.
