WildCard UKID Center Now Accepts Passport Applications

WildCard UKID Center is pleased to announce that it now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports Monday thru Thursday by appointment at 107 Student Center.

For application forms, information on documentation required, fees and a wealth of other passport and international travel information, visit the only official website for passport information, www.travel.state.gov.

General Information

The WildCard UKID Center offers 2" x 2" photos for $10. You get 2 photographs that are ready to send with your passport application. They can be used for admissions packets where photos are required, for International Student IDs made in Bradley Hall, and for English as a Second Language IDs.

Checklist
Make sure to have all the items on this checklist prepared and/or on hand when you visit the WildCard UKID Center:

 Make an appointment
 Bring your certified birth certificate or previously issued passport
 Bring 2 forms of photo identification
 Bring the completed copy of your passport application
 Bring the proper fee amounts in the proper payment form
 Know where to park
 Be aware of the application processing time

Application Fee and optional $60 "expedite fee" and/or a $12.72 "overnight fee" payable to the U.S. Department of State:

Fee Information - University of Kentucky
Acceptance Fee $25, an optional $18.30 "overnight fee," and a $10 "photo fee" paid separately from the application fee and made payable to the University of Kentucky.
