Network Time Protocol

The University of Kentucky provides time services through the Network Time Protocol (NTP) using a Symmetricom NTS-200. This derives the time from Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites making it very accurate. You may synchronize servers, desktops, and other machines on campus to the correct time using NTP.
