The Information Technology Customer Service Center (CSC)
Offering support to faculty, staff and students, the CSC is UK's resource for computing assistance in-person or self-help online. CSC provides information about computing resources, antivirus solutions, e-mail and other accounts, and various other IT services.
Providing quality service is our goal.

Located in 111 McVey Hall (257-1300), the CSC hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., or visit the IT Customer Service Center website.
CSC is the first point of contact for computer assistance at UK. For example, you may have software problems, networking problems, or you can't log in. Call them first. They will do the leg work necessary to determine what sort of problem you are having and direct you to the correct resource.
